About the event:
The events are to launch the Greater Manchester Academic Health Science Networks Innovation Call in the research area of Nutrition and Hydration.
In brief, GM AHSN, Manchester: Integrating Medicine and Innovative Technology (MIMIT) and TRUSTECH, the Northwest Innovation Service, have successfully worked together to award £240k across 7 projects for completion within the GM AHSN 2014/15.
GM AHSN would like to announce a further round of awards in the research area of Nutrition and Hydration.
Two launch events have been organised: Manchester Metropolitan University (26th September 2014 - 10:00 to 12:00) and Salford University (2nd October 2014 - 12:00 - 13:30).

The events provide an opportunity to learn about the GM AHSN’s innovation call – the background to the award process and what they would expect from applicants for an award. Information will also be presented on how to physically make submit a proposal for an award.
