 e translational research’ will explore and offer practical tools to embe
 d an inclusive approach within translational research across the researc
 h cycle\, including research design and delivery\, dissemination\, recru
 itment\, public and patient engagement and involvement.\n\nThe session w
 ill be highly interactive and structured around presentations and parall
 el workshops.\n\nLearning outcomes will include:\n\n- Understanding the 
 importance and relevance of inclusive research in national and local con
 texts\;\n\n- Have a greater understanding of how to embed diversity and 
 inclusion practices throughout the research cycle\;\n\n- Increasing thei
 r own confidence and inclusive capabilities by using resources such as t
 ools and models\;\n\n- Learn from practical case studies and hear from o
 ur public contributors / specialist advisory group\;\n\n- Understand how
  the Public Programmes team supports inclusive research and public invol
 vement.\n\n
