Join David Olusoga, Professor of Public History, in conversation with bestselling author, geneticist and presenter, Dr Adam Rutherford, as they navigate human history, evolution, migration and how Empire continues to shape life in Britain today.
Genetics is a subject with a long past, but a short history. Modern genetics has completely dismantled the biological concept of race and can - and should - be used as a weapon to combat bigotry, racism and prejudice. Together Olusoga and Rutherford will explore what our genes now tell us about human history and what history tells us about our genes.
