DESCRIPTION:This is a course on the FBMH Academic Development Programme\,
  welcome to all colleagues within the Faculty. \n\nIntended Learning Out
 comes (ILOs)\n\n- Recognise the importance of enhancing student understa
 nding of ‘professionalism’.\n- Explain how the FBMH ‘Professionalism’ Gu
 idance and UPP could be utilised to promote student understanding of con
 cepts/issues within your setting.\n- Identify and discuss common issues/
 problems related to student professionalism in your area.\n- Explain how
  the values of professionalism underpin and support Concern Review Panel
  (CRP) / Fitness to Practise (FtP) processes.\n- Propose additional cont
 ent for the University Professionalism Partnership website.\n- Create a 
 personal plan of action to enhance student understanding of professional
