On Wednesday, 5th November, The University of Manchester's Dalton Institute will host Sébastien Garnier from AREVA giving a presentation entitled 'Welding of Heavy Components for Nuclear Island: Overview of R&D Processes'. The presentation forms part of the Dalton Seminar Series and will be held in Room GE005 A/B, Chemistry Building, from 2pm-3pm.
This will be followed by a presentation from 3pm-4pm entitled 'An Overview of Reactor Coolant Chemistry', by Brian Handy of AMEC.
All staff and students are welcome to attend either or both of the seminars and there will be an opportunity for questions/discussion following the presentations. Light refreshments will also be available.
