About the event:
Manchester Institute for Collaborative research on Ageing (MICRA) is holding the second University-wide dementia research day. This will see the launch of the Dementia@Manchester network and strategy, and will provide the opportunity to hear more about the range of dementia activity taking place across the University.
Presentations will be focused on the vision and opportunities offered by this breadth of dementia expertise and activity focused around the six developing strategic themes.
There will be opportunities for networking, enabling researchers from different disciplines to explore opportunities for interdisciplinary collaboration.

The research day is open to University of Manchester academics, post-docs and PhD students with an interest in dementia and neurodegeneration from any discipline (EPS, FLS, Humanities and MHS). Colleagues from our Manchester Academic Health Science Centre (MAHSC) partners are also welcome.
