This Venture Building Workshop is designed to help you to turn your startup idea into commercial reality. Creative thinking, problem solving, taking action, fundraising (including applying for and winning grants), pivoting, and resilience are critical skills and aptitudes necessary to succeed, survive and thrive as a startup.
This highly interactive workshop will help you to move beyond the concept stage and avoid the dangers of analysis paralysis. It will provide you with actionable tips and insights to:
- Develop your entrepreneurial mindset to spot opportunities
- Identify products or services that are currently not available or not done particularly well, which you could create or do better
- Scope and define a problem that can advance beyond the idea stage
- Advance from idea to traction
This workshop will be interactive and will involve working on activities in small groups.
