DESCRIPTION:Development practitioners are facing an unprecedented series 
 of crises as a result of economic\, political\, and climactic shocks. As
  development budgets buckle under the strain\, such practitioners requir
 e fortitude and resilience if they want to make a lasting impact on the 
 world.\n\nAt the Global Development Institute\, we’ve been pioneering me
 thods to equip development experts with the skills they need to stay res
 ilient in the face of adversity. As part of these efforts\, we’re runnin
 g a series of online communities of practice (CoPs) where practitioners 
 can share concerns\, ideas\, feelings\, and advice about maintaining per
