  to the poor weather forecast for this morning - we can't mark bikes in 
 the rain\, sorry.\n\nFree Bike Marking session - To qualify for a discou
 nted 'D' lock students and staff must register their bikes on the Univer
 sity scheme.\n\nPLEASE NOTE - All registration sessions are subject to t
 he weather as we can't mark bikes in the rain. Please check the Crime Re
 duction web site or Facebook page on the morning of the event to make su
 re it's on.\n
