 tiated in Manchester in 1980\, which brings together academics\, manager
 s and practitioners involved in R&D\, technology and innovation manageme
 nt.\n\nThe 2026 conference is organised by the Manchester Institute of I
 nnovation Research at Alliance Manchester Business School\, at The Unive
 rsity of Manchester.\n\nAfter 15 years since the last time it was held h
 ere\, it comes back to the RADMA birthplace.\n\nThe current era of rapid
  technological change is causing multi-level disruption across firms\, i
 ndustries\, and ecosystems. While such disruption poses strategic and op
 erational challenges\, it also creates new opportunities for value creat
