Join us for a week of online events centred on global energy poverty action and solutions, calling on decision makers to #ActOnEnergyPoverty
We believe that everyone has the right to clean, affordable & renewable energy. International Energy Poverty Action Week (IEPAW) will be held online from 20 to 24 February 2023, with the aim of bringing together policymakers, practitioners and experts from around the world for a series of discussions, workshops and actions to highlight the urgent need to find solutions to energy poverty amid the global climate crisis.
Divided this year into five key themes, Health, Social, Policy, Economy and Futures, each day of the week will be dedicated to an aspect of what is needed to eradicate energy poverty, bringing together stakeholders from a range of backgrounds for lively and engaged dialogues across a series of webinars.
We will also have online actions, knowledge-sharing, as well as satellite partner events, including from UNRISD and the Right to Energy Coalition.
