Dear Colleague,
We would like to invite you and your research group to the “Microbiome Modelling Workshop: from developers to users and beyond” held on 5–6 June 2023 at the University of Manchester, sponsored by the UKRI(NERC)-NSF Signals in the Soil project.
This workshop will be bringing together microbiome researchers and computational modellers to explore new directions and approaches to understanding microbial communities in diverse environments, from agricultural soils to the human gut. There will be a software showcase and hands-on demonstration of relevant software, in addition to talks by excellent international speakers.
Registration for the workshop is free. There will be a number of generous stipends for travel and accommodation for early-career researchers (including PhD students and postdocs) to attend this workshop. Deadline for the registration is Wednesday 3rdth May.
