 t is cancelled\, sorry for the short notice but rain wasn't in the forec
 ast. Apologies for any inconvenience. \n\nFree Bike Marking session - To
  qualify for a discounted 'D' lock students and staff must register thei
 r bikes on the free University scheme and have an overt number added to 
 the frame.\n\nPLEASE NOTE - All registration sessions are subject to the
  weather as we can't mark bikes in the rain. Please check the Crime Redu
 ction web site or Facebook page on the morning of the event to make sure
  it's on.
