The Higher Education Research and Scholarship Group at the University of Manchester are delighted to invite you to a book launch and panel discussion event.
This event will take place on Thursday June 29th 2023 at 6pm in the Kanaris Theatre at the Manchester Museum, on the University’s Oxford Road campus.
The event will see the launch of two books:

The event will take the form of a panel discussion exploring some of the issues raised in the two books. The panel will consider some of the pressing issues facing higher education in England and will feature our special guests:
Dr Helen Carasso, Honorary Norham Fellow, Department of Education, University of Oxford.
Prof Sir Peter Scott, Emeritus Professor of Higher Educational Studies, UCL Institute of Education.
This will be followed by a wine reception.
This is a ticketed event, so registration is essential
