Further details:
Overview Informed choice is an important issue for families of deaf children due to a long history of strongly held views on communication and identity. The Department of Health commissioned research and guidance on the topic from a multi-disciplinary perspective. This seminar will introduce the underpinning theoretical framework that was developed and the associated support. The underpinning theoretical framework is easily adaptable for any service user/patient group.
