Manchester Business School and The Association for Coaching have today announced a new coaching conference for business leaders.
The AC and MBS are jointly organising the one-day event The Business of Coaching which is set to take place on 19 November 2014.
The event, which will take place at the Bridgewater Hall in Manchester, is aimed at those who buy coaching services or deliver internal coaching. It will give up to 200 delegates the opportunity to explore how business leaders can maximize their return on investment for coaching services and find the right coach for their business. It will also cover cutting-edge coaching techniques, and explore how coaching can help retain top employee talent.
Vice Chair of Association for Coaching UK, Helen Tiffany says: “With nearly 80% of UK organisations using coaching services, a joint look at business’ expectations and coaching practice has never been more relevant.“
Dr Mark Batey, Leadership and Creativity expert at Manchester Business School says: ”This conference takes a different perspective. We will focus on businesses and business people, all wrapped around one central theme - getting coaching to work. We have designed a programme that will be relevant, robust and useable.”
Speakers at the conference include some of the UK’s top coaching professionals plus experts from Manchester Business School, and will aim to inspire and inform HR professionals, learning and development managers and those working in talent management.
