Celebrate with us the positive impact public contributors, staff and students make in Patient and Public Involvement and Engagement (PPIE) in the Faculty of Biology, Medicine and Health (FBMH).
Hosted by?Professor Stephanie Snow, Faculty lead for Community Engagement and Involvement and Kay Gallacher, public contributor and FBMH PPIE Forum Co-chairs, this year’s event 'Back to the Future: Reflecting on our past, shaping our tomorrow’ will explore how we have been creating communities since 1824, marking the University’s bicentenary.
Taking place in person, attendees will also be able to join us online via Zoom, in our second hybrid event.
As well as reflecting on our past and discussing how we are shaping our tomorrow, we will recognise the inspirational and outstanding commitment to PPIE that has made a positive difference, through the ‘Outstanding Contribution to PPIE’ awards. Please join us to celebrate with our winners who will be announced live at the event.
