 s an Assistant Professor in Political Theory in the School of Government
  and International Affairs at the University of Durham and a Member of D
 urham CELLS (Centre for Ethics and Law in the Life Sciences). Jessica’s 
 researches in the area of moral and political philosophy\, with a partic
 ular focus on justice and inequality\, disability\, paternalism\, and ep
 istemic injustice. Her current research is focussed on how disability sh
 ould be justly treated in public policy\, and the importance of mitigati
 ng the disadvantages often associated with physical and cognitive impair
 ments without disrespecting those whom these policies affect. \n\nJessic
