We are delighted to announce the fourth meeting of the Northern Epigenomics Club at the University of Manchester.
The meeting will be held on Thursday 7th April from 12-4pm in Lecture Theatre 4, Stopford Building. Lunch will be provided at 12pm in Room 2.060/61, close to the lecture theatre. We have a fantastic line up of speakers from around the UK discussing their research in epigenomics as well as a presentation on the latest cutting edge technology from Illumina, who are kindly sponsoring this event:
- Dr Frederique Ponchel (University of Leeds): “Analysis of genome wide methylation array : how to get there?”
- Dr Adam Cribbs (University of Oxford): “DNA methylation and chromatin modifying mechanisms in T cells; using histone demethylation inhibitors to reduce inflammation.”
- Dr Amy Webster (University College London): “EpiMatch: guiding hematopoietic stem cell transplant donor selection using DNA methylation.”
- Dr Gibran Hemani (University of Bristol): “The genetic influence on natural variation in DNA methylation.”
