Insects in Harmony
Thursday 26 March, 6-9 pm
An evening to listen and explore why insects are key to the balance of nature. Be the first to hear the premiere of musical works responding to the exhibition ‘Beauty and the Beasts; falling in love with insects’. This brand new programme of material has been created by the Adelphi Contemporary Music Group (ACMG), an eclectic ensemble of traditional voices and instruments, and experimental and digital music technology. ACMG create delicate and compelling sonic atmospheres, with a combination of new scored compositions, improvisations and electronic soundscapes. The musical performance will begin at 7.30pm, with other insect themed-activities from 6pm
