Implementation and improvement science methodology has been used for decades in manufacturing and other sectors, but it is a relatively recent innovation to health services in the UK. The workshop will look at barriers to and enablers to implementation, models used to aid implementation and ‘take-home actions’ to apply in your own practice via group work, discussions and interactive activities.
