DESCRIPTION:This is part of the FLS Research Skills Seminar Series\;\n\nP
 rofessor Nigel Scrutton\, Dr Julia Handl\, and Erin Baggely talk about t
 heir experiences of interdisciplinary working.\n\nThis workshop will exp
 lore the challenges and benefits of becoming part of an interdisciplinar
 y team.  It will feature presentations from three researchers at various
  stages of their careers who have embraced interdisciplinary research.  
 From personal experience the speakers will discuss the career choices th
 at led them to pursue research at discipline boundaries\, how they inter
 act with professionals in other disciplines\, and what they have learnt 
 from their experiences.  There will be plenty of time in the session for
