We are pleased to advertise places for Research Staff in the School of Health Sciences to attend this workshop focusing on your P&DR.
This session will help you prepare for your P&DR so that you get the most out of this important career management meeting. It will help you reflect on your research achievements, your development needs and your aspirations for your future career.
It will help you to use a range of communication skills to ensure that your line manager is able to support you fully. It will also emphasise the importance of agreeing achievable actions, a process for follow up and continual review and a wide network of support and mentorship.
