What is psychoanalysis? Is it weird? Why? The College of Psychoanalysts recently funded a project by the Freud Museum in London to make four short films, less than ten minutes each. The project organised focus group discussions in schools, and then asked psychoanalysts to speak about what psychoanalysis is. The films are a teaching tool, showing us what practitioners actually say about psychoanalysis. This session organised by CIDRAL with the College of Psychoanalysts on Thursday 5 May, 5pm-7pm, at the University of Manchester will show the films framed and introduced by Stefan Marianski from the Freud Museum.
