DESCRIPTION:Noble Laureate Frederick Soddy complained that the economy ha
 d a broken money system and didn’t pay attention to resources and energy
 . That was 1926. Can the idea and practice of a circular economy finally
  make us whole? An economy that fits the real world\, creates a wealth o
 f flows and new avenues for innovation…. or is there something missing? 
 \n\nBiography\nKen Webster is Head of Innovation at the Ellen MacArthur 
 Foundation\, a leading think-tank on the circular economy.  Long aware o
 f the limitations of  a linear ‘take\, make and dispose’ economy and dee
 ply influenced by the cradle-to-cradle design philosophy\, he has spent 
 many years contributing to the debate around how the economy might bette
 r fit real world systems while creating new forms of abundance.  His lat
 est book is Circular Economy: A Wealth of Flows.\nKen is a Visiting Fell
 ow at Cranfield University and Honorary Teaching Fellow at the Universit
 y of Bradford School of Management. \n\nDirections: \n\nDue to preparati
 on work for the MBS redevelopment project\, access to the Harold Hankins
  building is no longer possible via the University Precinct Centre. Plea
 se use the main entrance of MBS West (Building Number 29 on the Campus M
 ap) and take the lifts to the left of the main reception desk to the 6th
  floor. Turn left (‘access to Harold Hankins’ is signed) and go through 
 the door at the end of the corridor and left through a second door into 
 the stairwell. Go down a half flight of stairs following the sign ‘acces
 s to Harold Hankins’ and through the door into the Harold Hankins buildi
 ng and along the corridor until you get to the main stairwell/lift lobby
 . Take the lift to the tenth floor then turn right out of the lift.\n\nA
