Translation Manchester, a new initiative to facilitate translational research, is launching on 12 February with an event at the Science and Industry Museum.
Translation Manchester was established in 2018 as part of a Wellcome Trust pilot grant, to help overcome the obstacles to conducting translational research in Greater Manchester, by bringing together a network of support, facilities and expertise to make the pathway to translation quicker and easier.
The event is open to academic and clinical researchers within University of Manchester and associated NHS Trusts, and will enable you to find out more about (and meet) our extensive network of research support, provide a space to meet with like-minded researchers and form new collaborations.
If your research requires support, funding or making new connections to move you one-step closer to patient benefit, or if you’d just like to hear more about the exciting translational research in Manchester, you are encouraged to attend.
