 ion first outlines Taiwan’s regulatory framework for virtual asset servi
 ce providers\, then analyzes how offenders employ blockchain to facilita
 te money laundering. It further explores how Taiwanese law enforcement a
 gencies leverage blockchain analytics to interpret on-chain records\, tr
 ace fund flows\, and uncover illicit patterns. Drawing on prosecutorial 
 experience\, the discussion highlights both the investigative challenges
  and the technological breakthroughs that strengthen Taiwan’s response t
 o crypto-enabled crime\, illustrating the interplay between regulation\,
  enforcement\, and innovation in safeguarding financial integrity.\n\nSp
 eaker Biography:\n\nWei-Yuan Wayne Lo is currently the Chief Prosecutor 
 at the Shilin District Prosecutors Office in Taiwan and serves as the Ex
 ecutive Secretary of the Executive Yuan’s Anti-Money Laundering Office.\
 n\nWayne specializes in financial crime investigations\, with a focus on
  cryptocurrency fraud\, cybercrime\, and money laundering. He is recogni
 zed for his advanced capabilities in digital forensics and blockchain tr
 acing. He has conducted academic research at Harvard University and hold
 s certifications from TRM Labs and Chainalysis as a senior virtual asset
  investigator.\n\nHe holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from National Chengc
