We often sleep poorly in menopause and perimenopause and that can make all sorts of other problems including brain fog, memory loss and pain harder to deal with.
Lavender can help us sleep.Join us to make your own lavender bag to slip under your pillow and see if it helps.
Use your creativity to design your own to match your mood and your bed.
And while we work we’ll talk through all kinds of other tips and tricks to help with sleep.
Lavender and Menopause. Lavender is an ancient herb long used to help aid sleep.
This workshop is part of a series of Creative Menopause workshops within the Age Friendly Whitworth Programme. The regular sessions focus on using creativity to explore the menopause journey and how being creative can both affect and effect that journey.
