The Health Inequalities Initiative is bringing together academics, policy makers, campaign groups and businesses to act upon the causes and consequences of health inequalities around the world. The Initiative will focus on themes including, but not limited to, poverty and deprivation, the environment, employment and productivity, children and young people, ageing, ethnicity and racism, and health and social care resourcing, access and delivery.
Our upcoming networking event on Tuesday 20th February at 2 – 5pm will focus on the Employment and Productivity theme, and we invite you to join us to find out more about the Health Inequalities Initiative, current research on Employment and Productivity, and opportunities to network and collaborate. The event will be held at the Emmeline Suite in the Christabel Pankhurst Building and will be made up of flash talks and networking sessions, with tea and coffee and light refreshments provided.
If you have any questions about the event, please get in touch with Danielle (danielle.shaw-2@manchester.ac.uk).
