We are kicking things off with a biodiversity walk and sketching workshop. Amanda Bamford, professor of plant science at the University of Manchester and Patrick Osborn, sustainability technician at Whitworth Art Gallery, will show us how to find and identify urban wildlife in parks and less formal green spaces. Back at the Abbey, we will discover the secret life of these creatures in a sketching and collaging workshop led by artist Greta Santagata.

Price: Free some refreshments will be provided
