 eted impact evaluations of two evaluations of national leadership progra
 mmes commissioned by the NHS Leadership Academy. One evaluation used fai
 rly traditional methods (interviews\, surveys)\; the other brought toget
 her consultancy/facilitation with methods such as appreciative inquiry a
 nd rich pictures.\n\nIn this seminar\, the researchers will: \n-share th
 eir key findings about leadership development\, including issues of dive
 rsity and safety\;\n-reflect on the evaluation process\, including engag
 ement with stakeholders (participants\, funders\, programme facilitators
 /delivery teams)\; and\n-discuss how to measure impact.
