This graduate conference challenges the paradigm of approaching art primarily in terms of representational content on two levels.
First, we ask why the big questions in philosophy of art orbit around representation and how the ensuing assumptions shape the field.
Second, we give space to alternative positions to present themselves as positive and independent approaches to philosophy of art
