 é is a safe space to share your thoughts and feelings about the climate 
 crisis. Cafés are facilitated and supported by the Climate Psychology Al
 liance.\n\nWhat is a Climate Café?\n\nA climate café is a safe space to 
 share our feelings about the climate crisis – a thinking and feeling spa
 ce\, a haven from busyness and activity. We do this because sharing feel
 ings in a supportive setting helps to build our resilience during this c
 onfusing and difficult time. The cafés are organised by the Department o
 f Public Health and supported by the Climate Psychology Alliance.\n\nIt’
 s a café\, not a therapy group\, a meeting with facilitators to talk abo
 ut what our changing climate means for us. No guest speakers\, no lectur
 es\, no advice\, no commitment\, an action-free space.\nThe principles f
 or Climate Café: \n\n• We have no intention of leading participants to a
 ny conclusion or course of action\n\n• This is an open\, respectful and 
 confidential space where people can express their views safely\n\n• The 
 focus is our thoughts and feelings about climate change\, rather than wh
 at we or others are doing about climate change. Action is important\, of
  course\, but we don’t focus on it here. \n\n• Climate Cafés normally in
 clude refreshing drinks and food. This is about the human warmth and com
