Prof. Eric Drott, from University of Texas at Austin, author of the recent book 'Music and the Elusive Revolution: Cultural Politics and Political Culture in France, 1968-1981' (University of California Press, 2011), presents "Rereading Jacques Attali's 'Bruits'".
This is a rare opportunity to hear Prof. Drott speak about his work and will be of interest to those working right across the arts and humanities. Jacques Attali, the subject of Prof Drott's talk, published his book 'Noise: The Political Economy of Music', in France in 1977.
