DESCRIPTION:This workshop will be a practical introduction to digital sch
 olarly editing with TextLab. TextLab is a web-based application that mat
 ches transcriptions of manuscripts in TEI-XML to the manuscript images\,
  in effect creating a one-to-one correspondence between word and image. 
  The workshop will be facilitated by Christopher Ohge\, Lecturer in Digi
 tal Approaches to Literature at the Institute of English Studies\, Unive

  postgraduate students and academic researchers at the University of Man

  bring their own laptop for each session\, and further instructions will
