Heart Heroes Basic Life Support Session
Rapid responses to emergency situations can save lives! Join our training session and learn essential skills to help you save a life. This event will be delivered by Heart Heroes, a group of trained students who deliver Basic Life Support (BLS) to people in the community, including CPR, the recovery position and assistance with choking.

Join our first staff session and learn how to:
· Perform basic life support on an adult
· Use an automated external defibrillator (AED)
· Put an adult in the recovery position
· Assist someone who is choking
Please make sure you have agreed any changes to working hours with your manager before attending. We hope to see you there!
