DESCRIPTION:Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) drive economic grow
 th\, but very little research exists regarding owner managers’ wellbeing
  and links to innovation. Indeed\, the All Party Parliamentary Group on 
 Wellbeing Economics and Office for National Statistics (ONS) advocate mo
 re research into wellbeing evidence and improved lives.\n\nThis event is
  a half-day interactive seminar that discusses the wellbeing features (w
 orkplace\, leisure) owner managers’ should prioritise to benefit innovat
 ion. The seminar disseminates preliminary findings from the recently com
 pleted British Academy funded project ‘Entrepreneurship\, Wellbeing and 
 Innovation’ (Manchester Metropolitan University\, University of Strathcl
 yde). In addition\, guest speakers will talk about their previous wellbe
 ing research funded by different Research Councils. It offers short pres
 entations by academics\, question and answer sessions and networking opp
