This major international conference, the oldest for arts management and cultural policy, comes to Manchester for the first time in November 2018. This year’s theme is “Culture, Democracy, and the Arts: Rights Here, Right Now”. The international delegation features speakers and workshop presenters from the United States, Australasia, Europe, Africa, Korea and China and represents a major opportunity to debate conference themes and showcase research and practice relating to cultural democracy, social theory and arts and cultural management.
