Are you tired of being tired? Need some tips for managing stress and anxiety, especially during this time of social distancing?
MRC Come & See are proud to announce Dr Marc Milstein as the first speaker in our virtual keynote series. An internationally recognised speaker on optimising brain health, Dr Milstein specialises in engaging audiences with breakthrough research and valuable take-home tips.
The MRC DTP at Manchester has the great privilege of welcoming Marc to the University of Manchester where he will deliver a keynote on several aspects of brain health, including optimising sleep, science-based solutions to control stress and anxiety, and the importance of mindfulness.
The keynote is open to everybody, both within and outside the University, and will take place via Zoom. Register for the lecture via Eventbrite, feel free to share the event with friends, and colleagues who may be interested!
