 rward\, Piccadilly Gardens will host a West African festival to give eve
 ryone one last chance to join in.\n \nWe Face Forward: A West African Fe
 stival will feature a main music stage with host DJ Mayeva and headline 
 act Jali Nyonkoling Kuyateh\, drumming\, dance\, Djembe and Dun Dun work
 shops as well as West African inspired art and craft activities and food
 .\n\n\nWe Face Forward is a season of contemporary art and music from We
 st Africa\, celebrated across Manchester’s galleries\, museums\, music v
 enues and public spaces as part of London 2012 Festival. It is the first
  major collaboration between the city’s two leading exhibition spaces\, 
 Manchester Art Gallery and Whitworth Art Gallery.
