Nadine Voelkner is an Assistant Professor in International Relations at the University of Groningen. Her research interests lie in Critical Global Health, Critical Security Studies and International Theory. Previous works include 'Affective Economies in the Governance of Trafficking and Sex Work in Vietnam' and 'A Review of Development, Security and Unending War: Governing the World of Peoples'
