Explore how listening to music, singing, making music and music therapy can aid recovery and positively benefit individual’s wellbeing.

Our panel of speakers will explore how listening to music, singing, making music and music therapy can aid recovery and positively benefit individual’s wellbeing. Following this will be live performances from a local DJ Werkha.

There will also be creative workshops inviting visitors to experience how taking part in creative activities can have a positive impact on wellbeing.

Plant and Hope will be joining us and sharing the benefits of greening your office can make you feel happier and more productive as well as sharing tips on, not how to nurture your office plants - and yourself.

Meet the Artist, 7.15 - 8.45pm We are offering the opportunity for visitors to get creative in and experience how taking part in creative activities can have a positive impact on wellbeing.
