Do the roots for prejudice lie in our evolutionary past? What happens in our brains when our biases are activated? How has bias affected technology? If we don’t know about it, are we really responsible for it, and – if so – is there anything we can do to stop it? Join Dr Adam Danquah, FBMH Associate Dean for Inclusive Education and Engagement, as he interviews Dr Pragya Agarwal during this Faculty of Biology, Medicine and Health event (12pm - 1pm). Followed by a workshop on anti-racism, inclusion and unconscious bias (2pm - 3pm).
