This insightful talk will be a great chance to explore the background to The Funfair before you take your seats. Looking beyond the rollercoasters and candy floss it will examine Kasimir and Karoline (the source material for The Funfair) and original author Ödön von Horváth’s place in the history of theatre as well as the inspiration behind its inception in the 1920’s.
