DESCRIPTION:“Candid Conversations about Radicalisation” is an arts-based 
 research project run jointly by The Centre for Criminology and Criminal 
 Justice (CCCJ) and Theatre in Prison and Probation (TiPP) at The Univers
 ity of Manchester\, in collaboration with pupils and teachers at a secon
 dary school in the North-West of England\, artist Paul Gent\, performers
  Aidan Jolly and Sai Murray from Virtual Migrants. \n\nWalk into the wor
 ld of the student and teacher in our audio-immersive tent and view the p
 osters created by the participants displayed outside the tent. Hear thei
 r candid and sometimes conflicting opinions about the impact of the gove
 rnment’s Prevent counter terrorism policy…. \n\nWho’s a suspect? Who’s b
 eing watched? Who’s doing the watching? Who’s frightened? Who’s to blame
 ? \n\nVisit the exhibition to tune into these conversations and explore 
 your pre-conceptions about radicalisation and the issues behind the poli
