DESCRIPTION:Please join us for the first of our series on enhancing inclu
 sive practice\, which focus on our academic leadership practices in SEED
 : how understand what leadership looks like and how we might develop inc
 lusivity going forward. \n\nIn this session we are joined by Lisa Murtag
 h (current Head of MIE) and two of the three current Deputy Heads of MIE
 : Sylvia Lomer and Edda Sant\, to reflect on their Experience of Departm
 ental Leadership. This will touch on their motivations\, experience of a
 pplying and having the roles so far\, as well as inclusivity and how we 
 can work together in departments within SEED.
