 fit individual’s wellbeing.\n\nOur panel of speakers will explore how li
 stening to music\, singing\, making music and music therapy can aid reco
 very and positively benefit individual’s wellbeing. Following this will 
 be live performances from the brilliant DJ Werkha.\n\nWe are also offeri
 ng the opportunity for visitors to experience our wellbeing programme. N

 livia that takes full advantage of the Manchester Museum’s peaceful sett
 ing.\n\nOlivia is a Manchester based Yoga Teacher who qualified in multi
 -style yoga in 2018. She teaches classes in a Hatha style\, slow flow Vi
 nyasa or Yin with meditation. Her classes are inclusive\, focusing on th
 e principles of yoga rather than just the physical asana (postures).\n\n
