 -going debates in moral and political philosophy over idealisation and "
 ideal theory" vs "non-ideal \ntheory" are ill-served by a lack of attent
 ion to the form of reflection itself. \n\n2: The appropriate form of ref
 lection on the nature and justification of standards of \njustice and mo
 rality is practical rather than theoretical.\n\n3. The form of practical
  reason cannot support many of the idealisations standardly \ndeployed i
 n modern moral and political philosophy.\n\n\n
