 nnected. We forget that.\n\nOur ‘Engaging Nature through Yoga’ session w
 ill increase our acknowledgment of this fundamental truth - connection. 
 And what better way to do this by practicing outdoors\, and during the w
 onderful season of Spring!\n\nThe yoga practices will involve some simpl
 e standing asanas\, breathwork\, visualisation and sounding – all have t
 he theme of the natural world running through them.\n\nThe practices are
  suitable for all bodies and can be adapted if required.\n\n \n\nPlease 
 bring something to sit on. Wear suitable clothing for the changeable Man
 chester climate (we will be practicing rain or shine!) and that you can 
 move in. No need for a mat.\n\n \n\nYour teacher is Karon Mee. Karon has
  been teaching yoga for over 20 years and her practice and teaching is d
 eeply rooted in nature\, natural cycles and traditional celebrations of
