DESCRIPTION:Come along to Jodrell Bank Discovery Centre for an informal a
 nd fun evening of Astrophotography. You'll enjoy an Introduction to Astr
 ophotography workshop (co-presented by Dr. Ant Holloway and our own in-h
 ouse staff)\, along with a chance for you to try out your equipment\, ta
 lk to our knowledgeable team\, and meet like-minded people.\n\nYou’ll le
 arn how to use your DSLR or Compact System Camera to get started in Astr
 ophotography\, and discover how you can use simple equipment such as a t
 ripod\, to capture different images of the night sky\, from planets and 
 constellations to the colours of stars and star trails. You’ll also be a
 ble to look at additional equipment you can use to expand the range of i
 mages you make.\n\nNo previous knowledge required. Wear a warm coat and 
 bring a flask!\n\nBooking essential. Tickets are just £22.00 (£20 conces
